Our Client Privacy Policy
In general, LIBA retains copies of the client records that were used by us in providing services to you for seven years. After that time we will destroy the records. We do not maintain complete copies of everything that you may have given to us, and our records are not a substitute for your own records. Please maintain your personal and business records in accordance with the guidelines shown on our Resources page, and remember to consult your legal counsel if any questions arise.
